So the Maybelline Color Tattoos have branched into the Metal line, of which there were four (the other two were blue and silver, two colors which aren't my friend) and holy crap, are they densely metallic. Actually the paler one (Barely Branded) is a dead ringer for MAC's Bare Study (BS on the left, BB on the right).
(sorry - phone picture)
I've always had a soft spot for Rimmels Wake me Up line, but every time I go to buy the foundation I remind myself that I don't use foundation. At all. But it smells so lovely, and I love the orange branding, and - anyhow, happily this concealer has come along to stave off that hunger. It smells like soap and fluffy clouds.
The Maybelline Color Whispers I've been eying for a while, and I'd sort of assumed - you know, via the packaging and promotional material and everything - that they were going to be intended as as sheer tint sort of thing. Uh, no. They're as full on as any standard lipstick. Pretty colors still, but an unnecessary repetition I think. And finally, probably the first Max Factor product I've ever bought - The Color Elixir Giant Pen Stick ("Giant Pen Stick"??) in Vibrant Pink. Swatching commencing..... now.
Worth mentioning as well, the Max Factor is obscenely on sale now. I paid $3.50 or something for the above. And go have a closer look at the Metal tattoos, they're a bit spectacular.
I have too many GIFs that I adore right now. I can't not throw one in.
